Presentations | English

Lengthy process by which human changed from its original ancestors. With the support of scientific evidence, the physical and behavioural traits all people have is evolved from apelike ancestors. This evolution took place in almost 6 million years. The ability of human to walk in two legs, bipedalism, is one of the human definiing traits. Also, complex brain developed is one of the important human characteristics, which recognised ability to make use of tools and capacity for languages. Humans and apes share a comman ancestor lived about 6 to 8 million years ago. Researchers has identified more than 20 different species as early humans. Paleoanthropology is the scientific study of human evolution, which involves study of similarities and differences between human and other species, their genes, body form, physiology as well as behaviour. Evolution occurs with change in genetic material, DNA, which is inherited from parents and in proportion of different genes in a population. More information about the topic can be understood from the presentation.
