Since the early 1900s, International Women's Day has been observed. That was a period of rapid growth and turbulence in the industrialised world, which saw a surge in population and the rise of radical ideologies. International Women's Day is observed every year on March 8th. This year's goal is to make the world more gender equal. It's about recognising a woman's accomplishments while also raising awareness about bias. As a result, we should all choose to 'challenge' to effect change. We should honour tech women and their innovations, applaud gender equality in sports, educate women on health decision-making, create inclusive, thriving workplaces, raise the visibility of creative women, and forge their global empowerment.
