“Gandhiyum kavithayum” is a wonderful poem written by the Malayalam poet K Sachithanandan. He is a famous bilingual writer in English and Malayalam languages. Anchu sooryan, peedana kaalam, venal mazha, malayalam, kayattam, deshaadanam, anantham, bahuroopi are some of his famous poems in Malayalam literature. He also has written one act plays like Shakthan thampuran and Gandhi. Some of his works in writing prose includes thiranjedutha lekhanangal, sambhaashanangal, sameepanangal and many more.
മലയാള കവി കെ സച്ചിതാനന്ദൻ രചിച്ച അതിമനോഹരമായ കവിതയാണ് “ഗാന്ധിയും കവിതയും”. ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്, മലയാളം ഭാഷകളിലെ പ്രശസ്ത ദ്വിഭാഷാ എഴുത്തുകാരനാണ്. അഞ്ചുസൂര്യൻ, പഠനകാലം, വേനൽമഴ, മലയാളം, കയറ്റം, ദേശാടനം, അനന്തം, ബഹുരൂപി എന്നിവ മലയാള സാഹിത്യത്തിലെ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പ്രശസ്തമായ കവിതകളാണ്. ശക്തൻ തമ്പുരാൻ, ഗാന്ധി തുടങ്ങിയ ഏകാഭിനയ നാടകങ്ങളും അദ്ദേഹം രചിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ലേഖനങ്ങൾ, സംഭാഷണങ്ങൾ, സമീപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയും മറ്റു പലതും ഗദ്യ രചനയിലെ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ചില കൃതികളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.
