The concerned team of the firm has reported that they were able to select the best and most highly efficient employees within a short period by launching the game called Multipoly. It helped the HR teams to virtually assess the job candidates' readiness to work in teams to solve real business problems. Multipoly includes tasks based on the PWC competencies like forming business acumen and cultivating relational skills. The outcome of the test was candidates who well played the Multipoly game were better prepared for the face-to-face interviews, as the game gave awareness about the vision and services of the PWC.
