Nowadays recruiters across the globe depend on interactive games such as challenges, quizzes, or behavioral evaluations. It aims not only to add a pinch of fun element to the overall recruitment process but also to evaluate the candidate’s problem-solving skills, aptitude, and creative thinking abilities. Knack is one of the few firms that provide three games to candidates such as Meta Maze, Balloon Brigade, and Wasabi Waiter. Later the output of data is collected and analyzed on multiple dimensions to assess how well each applicant played. In other words, Knack states that their gaming technology fuses deep research from game theory, behavioral and cognitive science, and artificial intelligence. They design the games, with micro-sensors and algorithms that convert real-time gameplay micro behaviors into scientific measures of human potential.
