Codility is a Poland-based coding assessment. They assess the efficiency and intelligence of the candidate through three difficult rounds each including tasks based on coding, bug fixing, and so on. Later on, these tests are scanned to detect any kind of malpractice. Coding assessment thus reduces the implementation costs and increases the chances of hiring the best candidate or coder. It also helps to analyze the applicant's characteristics such as leadership quality, problem-solving, and so on.
