Gamification in HR - What makes Gaming so Appealing

Presentations | English

Nowadays, gamification is used to attract job seekers' attention and pique their interest in a job opening. HR professionals are actively transforming recruitment processes into digitally supported alternatives that assess a candidate's future job performance. It puts social and traditional game environments to the test in terms of behaviour motivation techniques. The programmes appear to be a loyalty programme that must compete to meet business objectives. Interactive games or business processes can be used to accomplish this. Don't confuse gamification with giving employees more time off. The use of game mechanics and game thinking in non-game scenarios such as business processes and the environment is referred to as gamification in HR. These mechanisms are used to solve problems, engage employees, and are particularly useful in the areas of development, motivation, training, and recruitment. Check out the ppts to know more!
