Developed by the UnitedHealth Center for Health Reform and Modernization, JOIN for ME is a family program that helps people to fight against childhood obesity. A series of group discussions engage parents and kids who struggle with overweight to achieve a healthy body. The task of forming a healthy body is attained through food choices, lifestyle improvement tracking, and exercises. This gamified technique helped several people to reduce weight.
