To enhance employee engagement Bluewolf introduced a gamified technique called PRIME. The employees can gain points for speaking at a conference, closing a deal, sharing Bluewolf messaging on social media and writing a blog post (10 points). Along with points they are also rewarded with badges and recognitions. Employees are allowed to give formal feedback to other employees within the HR platform.
