There are only a few companies that take care of the health of their employees. NextJump is one such company that believed only healthy employees could only be active and hence opened a free gym on the office campus. Initially, only a few employees visited the gym. But with the implementation of the gamified application FitRank, they attracted a large number of employees. To maintain their status they organized various competitions and rewarded exciting cash prizes to the winners.
