The United Kingdom’s Department of Work and Pensions launched a gamification application called Idea Street to enhance employee collaboration. It is an exquisite platform to share new project ideas. The reason why employees love to share their innovative ideas is they can receive quick feedback and badges as well as move up on the leaderboard. From 1400 project ideas the department implemented 63 projects.
