Gamification in Customer Engagement - Xplor

Gamification has no boundaries it has made its footprints in every sector of technology. Marriot International has launched a new gamified app called Xplor. The game asks the players to find the missing character aunt Sophia by solving puzzles, talking to other characters, and also by exploring sights in five main cities namely Sao Paulo, Beijing, New York City, and Dubai. Xplor mainly attracts youngsters to its brand, Marriott International.
