Sayyad Ahmadulla Kadri, born in the state of Hyderabad in the year 1909, was a freedom fighter, writer, critic, chief editor, politician and most importantly a prominent figure in Hyderabad. He was also referred to as Lisaan-ul-Mulk. He was honoured with the Padmasri Award in the year 1966 for his contributions to the field of education and literature.
