In this multi-part series, we bring to you the history of the various forts in the Telugu Lands, with interesting information about their structures, the dynasties that ruled them, the wars that were faught there, the local lores behind the forts, and so on. The first part of the series is about the 17th century fort at the town of Bibbili in Vizianagaram District. This fort was built with mud.
