When it comes to writing a menu, the importance of word choice cannot be overstated. If you choose your words carefully, the words you use to describe food on your menu can entice customers and increase sales, but they can also turn customers off or confuse them. some food descriptors are Salty - Has a salty flavour. Bitter - Having a sharp, often unpleasant flavour, as in beer or black coffee. Sour - Having an acidic flavour, such as lemon, vinegar, or yoghurt. Sweet - Usually a pleasant taste of sugar. Bland - lacks flavour, sweetness, saltiness, bitterness, and so on. Spicy - Having strong flavours derived from spices such as peppers.
