Although an individual is first and foremost employed or selected for a job according to their set of hard skills and qualifications but that does not make you an ideal or a good employee at all. A good and ideal employee is an individual who not only has the desired set of hard skills and qualifications but also possesses a good set of work ethics and soft skills, especially in the corporate world. What someone learns out of a book is entirely different when it is put into practice. Several unheard and unlearnt problems arise that were theoretical knowledge is not the solution – some good communication skills and conflict resolution skills will save you from the hassle while you save the ones already stuck in it.
