If you get a surprise, the emotion you portray is happiness and enjoyment. Emotions can be of sadness, fear, disgust, or enjoyment. It is a state of mind, in psychology, which has the capability to control your thoughts and perspectives. It is often a complex state of feeling which leads to mood, motivation, personality, and temperament changes. Feelings are broadly explained as the conscious experience due to emotions. Both differ in the way they are released. Emotions can be associated with bodily reactions due to certain other factors. It is considered that fear is the strongest emotion anyone can experience in their life. You have a sense of fear when you face a threat to your existence. The primary emotions like love, joy, anger, surprise can be divided into secondary and then tertiary emotions which might include affection and longing, in case of love. It might be due to the bodily reactions which resulted from the past experiences of an individual.
