Electric Vehicles Future of Transportation

Presentations | English

Is Electric vehicle the Future of Transportation? With technological advances and a desperate need for greater sustainability, vehicles are becoming cleaner and smarter. Electric cars and other vehicles feel very much concepts of the present and future. New technologies and legislation mean that manufacturers worldwide are turning their attention to fully or partially electric fleets. An EV is a shortened acronym for an electric vehicle. EVs are vehicles that are either partially or fully powered on electric power. Electric vehicles have low running costs as they have fewer moving parts for maintenance and are also very environmentally friendly as they use little or no fossil fuels (petrol or diesel). The major benefit of electric cars is the contribution that they can make towards improving air quality in towns and cities. With no tailpipe, pure electric cars produce no carbon dioxide emissions when driving. Conservative estimates for battery longevity in new electric vehicles stand at about 100,000 miles. Proper care can help extend the life of batteries. The more we drive traditional gas-fueled vehicles, the more carbon is emitted into the atmosphere. So it's very much true that EVs is our Future mode of Transportation.
