Difference Between World Schooling and Unschooling

Presentations | English

Do you recall the final weeks of school before the summer break? Instead of being cooped up in your classroom, do you wish you were on an exciting adventure? What most youngsters can only dream of is suddenly becoming a reality for an increasing number of children all around the world. Some families opt to stay in each location for a longer period of time and send their children to normal local schools. Unschooling is a style of homeschooling that allows children to take charge of their own education by enabling them to explore their hobbies and interests through projects or field trips rather than sticking to a standard curriculum. They will naturally acquire skills, self-confidence, and discover their purpose if they are given the opportunity to pursue their own interests and interact with issues they are passionate about outside of a constrained classroom context. World schooling simply takes this notion to the next level by incorporating travel into the mix and allowing the child's learning to be guided by places and experiences, thereby turning the entire globe into a classroom.
