"Dhanumaasa Pushpathe" is a Malayalam song in the movie Archana. Archana is a Malayalam film directed by K. S. Sethumadhavan and produced by T. E. Vasudevan that was released in 1966. Madhu, Sharada, K. P. Ummer, and Adoor Bhasi appear in the film. K. Raghavan composed the soundtrack. Vayalar Ramavarma wrote all of the lyrics of the song and K. Raghavan composed all of the music. Ramavarma is widely considered as one of Malayalam cinema's most successful and critically acclaimed lyricists. The song was sung by Porayathu Leela who was an Indian playback singer, Carnatic vocalist, and music director.
അർച്ചന എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് "ധനുമാസ പുഷ്പതേ". കെ.എസ്. സേതുമാധവൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് ടി.ഇ.വാസുദേവൻ നിർമ്മിച്ച് 1966-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഒരു മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് അർച്ചന. മധു, ശാരദ, കെ.പി.ഉമ്മർ, അടൂർ ഭാസി എന്നിവർ ചിത്രത്തിൽ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നു. കെ.രാഘവനാണ് ശബ്ദരേഖ ഒരുക്കിയത്. വയലാർ രാമവർമ്മയാണ് ഗാനത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ വരികളും എഴുതിയത്, കെ. രാഘവൻ സംഗീതം പകർന്നു. മലയാള സിനിമയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വിജയകരവും നിരൂപക പ്രശംസ നേടിയതുമായ ഗാനരചയിതാക്കളിൽ ഒരാളായാണ് രാമവർമ പരക്കെ കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഇന്ത്യൻ പിന്നണി ഗായികയും കർണാടക ഗായകനും സംഗീത സംവിധായകനുമായ പൊറയത്തു ലീലയാണ് ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്.
