“Devasangeetham Neeyalle Devi Varoo Varoo” is a song sung by Radhika Thilak and Ganagandharvan K J Yesudas for the Malayalam movie Guru which was released in the year 1997. This is fantasy drama film which was directed by Rajeev Anchal. Mohanlal, Sithara, Sreelekshmi, Sureshgopi were the actors who played the lead character roles for this movie. It was written by C G Rajendra Babu. The songs were composed by Ilaiyaraaja. Guru is the first Malayalam film submitted by India for the Oscars.
1997-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മലയാളം ചിത്രമായ ഗുരുവിനുവേണ്ടി രാധികാ തിലകും ഗാനഗന്ധർവ്വൻ കെ ജെ യേശുദാസും ചേർന്ന് ആലപിച്ച ഗാനമാണ് “ദേവസംഗീതം നീയല്ലേ ദേവീ വരൂ വരൂ”. രാജീവ് അഞ്ചൽ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ഫാന്റസി ഡ്രാമ ചിത്രമാണിത്. മോഹൻലാൽ, സിത്താര, ശ്രീലക്ഷ്മി, സുരേഷ്ഗോപി തുടങ്ങിയവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. സി ജി രാജേന്ദ്ര ബാബുവാണ് എഴുതിയത്. ഇളയരാജയാണ് ഗാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കിയത്. ഓസ്കാറിന് ഇന്ത്യ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആദ്യ മലയാള ചിത്രമാണ് ഗുരു.
