L.R. Eswari’s beautiful voice has given life to the party hit song of the 1970s “Devadasiyalla Njan…” from the 1970 Indian Malayalam language film “Nizhalattam.” The super hit movie directed by A. Vincent and written by M. T. Vasudevan Nair has a wide score of actors including Prem Nazir, Sheela, and Kaviyoor Ponnamma in the lead. The song “Devadasiyalla Njan…” is a rejoicing one in nature. The female actor Sadhana is dancing with the tune so as to please the people who are partying in the scene. Vayalar Ramavarma has widely used his imagination and has used both historical legends as ‘Devadasi’ and ‘Devayani’ in a single song. The music of the film is composed by G. Devarajan. The movie Nizhalattam produced by Hari Pothan will always be remembered as the debut film of Sudheer, an unusual film with Prem Nazir in a negative role and for the excellent music.

"ദേവദാസിയല്ല ഞാൻ..." എന്ന ഗാനം പ്രകൃതിയിൽ ആനന്ദം പകരുന്ന ഒന്നാണ്. ദൃശ്യത്തിൽ പാർട്ടി നടത്തുന്നവരെ പ്രീതിപ്പെടുത്താൻ വനിതാ നടി സാധന ഈണത്തിനൊപ്പമാണ് നൃത്തം ചെയ്യുന്നത്. വയലാർ രാമവർമ തന്റെ ഭാവനയെ വ്യാപകമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയും ചരിത്രപരമായ ഐതിഹ്യങ്ങളെ ‘ദേവദാസി’യായും ‘ദേവയാനി’യായും ഒരൊറ്റ ഗാനത്തിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ സംഗീതം ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഹരി പോത്തൻ നിർമ്മിച്ച നിഴലാട്ടം എന്ന ചിത്രം സുധീറിന്റെ അരങ്ങേറ്റ ചിത്രമെന്ന നിലയിൽ എക്കാലവും ഓർമ്മിക്കപ്പെടും, പ്രേം നസീർ നെഗറ്റീവ് റോളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ച അസാധാരണ ചിത്രവും മികച്ച സംഗീതവും
