This melodious song was from the film “Anweshichu Knadethiyilla” which was released in 1967. This Indian Malayalam movie was directed by P. Bhaskaran and was produced by Raveendranathan Nair. This song was composed by M.S. Baburaj, while written by P. Bhaskaran and the song was sung by S. Janaki. The film stars Madhu, K.R. Vijaya, Sukumari and Kaviyoor Ponnamma in the lead roles. This film won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam.
1967-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ"അന്വേഷിച്ചു കണ്ടെത്തിയില്ല" എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെതാണ് ഈ ശ്രുതിമധുരമായ ഗാനം. പി. ഭാസ്കരൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ഈ ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാളം ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചത് രവീന്ദ്രനാഥൻ നായരാണ്. ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയത് എം.എസ്. ബാബുരാജ്, പി.ഭാസ്കരൻ എഴുതിയ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത് എസ്.ജാനകിയാണ്. ചിത്രത്തിൽ മധു, കെ.ആർ. വിജയ, സുകുമാരി, കവിയൂർ പൊന്നമ്മ എന്നിവർ പ്രധാന വേഷങ്ങളിൽ. ഈ ചിത്രം മലയാളത്തിലെ മികച്ച ഫീച്ചർ ഫിലിമിനുള്ള ദേശീയ ചലച്ചിത്ര പുരസ്കാരം നേടി.
