It is data warehouse modeling .in which the process of crafting schemas based on comprehensive information provided by the client/business owners and the enhancement of the crafted schema is carried out, by wrapping all available facts about the database for the client to visualise the relationships between various components of the Data Warehouse such as databases, tables, contents of tables including indexes. The process of developing the schemas for the data warehouse's detailed and summarised information is known as data warehouse modelling. The purpose of data warehouse modelling is to create a schema that describes the reality, or at least a portion of the reality, that the data warehouse must support. For two reasons, data warehouse modelling is a critical stage in the development of a data warehouse. For starters, data warehouse customers can use the schema to see the links between warehouse data, making it easier to use. Second, a well-designed schema enables an effective data warehouse structure to develop, lowering the cost of implementation and increasing efficiency.
