Cultural Change & Diversity

Presentations | English

Diversity must be celebrated so that prejudices may be alleviated and unity be promoted. Diversity is not a project; but it is the result of a constant cultural change. A clear scrutiny explains that changes in cultural features are inextricably linked to changes in human activity and diversity of human cultures. People living in communities around the world participate in diverse activities which are the results of variations across cultural settings. It is a fact is that the cultural changes are neither random nor culturally unique. The historic event is dynamic, evident in the thinking and acting of people. For instance, if a culture practices literacy, it becomes the part of a culture of a community. In this way, cultural diversity enlightens the historical occurrence of an event that sustains, and transforms, it’s culture. True diversity isn't about ticking boxes. It is about assembling a workforce that represents a diverse range of worldviews, races, faiths, backgrounds, talents, and ages.
