Observation skill is monitoring to even a small thing or some facts. Critical observation is finding every pieces of a puzzle, which is maybe missed by others. A factor these kind of observers should develop is curiousity. Mainly there are two kinds: one is observation of people, other is observation of process. There are some people who are capable to examine and find the details exactly about a person, even after one meeting or conversation.
