Engaging in recreational activities like swimming, sports etc doing things that can refresh you and fill you with satisfaction is important. Having time for hobbies can bring some positive energy. Unhealthy ways of adapting such as procrastination, yelling or swearing, etc are to be avoided. Self harm, drug abuse, alcohol and violence against other person should be omitted.
