The most difficult yet the most rewarding job today is nursing. The warmth and embrace that a person experiences when he is in the safe hands of nurses is worth promising. They should always be cautious and alert inorder to meet any circumstances. Community health or public health nursing is focused on the public health of a person. Here they provide health services, preventive care, health education and so on. As healthcare workforce is diverse, the nurses need to be adaptable to the new scenario. They need to develop qualities like empathy, sympathy, love and so on. The nurse should build trust and faith that helps in building good rapport with the patients from different communities.
