Communication skills are the ability to pass a piece of information to others in a smooth manner without losing its integrity. There may be situations where we'll be forced to communicate with people from various backgrounds, cultures, and countries, practicing a standard form of communication will help to build a good relationship. Listening, speaking, observing, and empathizing are the main components of communication skills. At first one should learn the basic differences between face-to-face interactions, phone conversations, digital communications eg. email and social media.
