“The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said”- Peter Drucker. The word ‘Communication’ is as broader as the universe. The very common definition of communication is it is the act of giving, receiving, and sharing information. Communication is "an apparent answer to the painful divisions between self and other, private and public, and inner thought and outer word." The seven C's of communication are a list of principles for written and spoken communications to ensure that they are effective. The seven C's are: clarity, correctness, conciseness, courtesy, concreteness, consideration and completeness. There are many layers to communication, all of which will be detailed in the presentation.
