Presentations | English

What would the world be like if we didn't have communication? Can you envision a management team that doesn't communicate effectively? One of the most crucial tools in the management process is communication. It has an impact on every aspect of management. The communication system is used by managers at all levels to plan, coordinate, direct, and control people's actions and efforts. Every firm should develop an effective communication system to improve job performance and employee happiness. Managers spend a significant amount of time communicating. They spend about 6 hours every day interacting with one another. They spend a lot of time communicating with their supervisors, subordinates, co-workers, clients, and suppliers in person or over the phone. Where oral communication is not possible, managers employ written communication in the form of letters, reports, or memos. Managerial skill in sending and receiving communications is required for an effective and efficient communication system. A manager must identify numerous communication barriers, assess the causes for their development, and take preventative measures to avoid them. As a result, a manager's principal task is to establish and maintain an effective communication system in the firm.
