Collaborative learning occurs when two or more groups of learners sit together and learn. Instead of memorising the subject, students can use this method to discuss and learn the facts. Most importantly, when a group of students gathers, there is always room for new ideas and even doubts can be easily dispelled. Also, when we have the support of others, we have more energy. Some advantages of this type of learning include improved self-management and leadership abilities. It aids in the formation of positive relationships in any team you form in your new company.
