1976-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ചാരുലത എന്ന മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് ചാരുലത്തേ. ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത് പ്രശസ്ത പിന്നണി ഗായകൻ കെ.ജെ. യേശുദാസാണ്. ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത് ശ്രീകുമാരൻ തമ്പിയാണ്. ഈ ഗാനം മനോഹരമായി ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയത് സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ദേവരാജൻ. ഈ ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത് പി. സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യമാണ്. അദ്ദേഹം തന്നെയാണ് ഈ മലയാളം ഭാഷാ ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചത്. പ്രേം നസീറും കവിയൂർ പൊന്നമ്മയും അഭിനയിച്ച ചിത്രവും ഗാനവും സിനിമാ മേഖലയിലെ എല്ലാവരും ഹാർദമായി സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്തു.
