With their vision, unwavering commitment, and relentless hard work, leaders like Steve Jobs, Elon Musk and, and Warren Buffet have led their individual firms to tremendous heights.The characteristics of a strong, effective leader are- Courage, Ethical, Resilient, Humble, Coachable, Patient, Problem-solver, Motivated, Honest, Determined, Creative, Decisive, Trustworthy, Great communicator, Positive outlook, Purposeful, Growth mindset, Agile, Emotional intelligence, Confident, Acountable and empathy. Patience, humility, fortitude, justice, a sense of vision, and being a good listener are some of the most critical leadership characteristics found in those who do a fantastic job of leading a team and getting things done. People that have excellent leadership qualities employ a certain set of abilities. It appears to be charisma, but it isn't.
