Chandanam Kadanjedutha is a Malayalam song in the movie Alaudheenum Albuthavilakkum. I. V. Sasi directed Allauddinum Albhutha Vilakkum, a 1979 Indian fantasy film based on Aladdin's narrative. G. Devarajan composed the soundtrack for this version. Yusufali Kechery wrote the lyrics for the song. The song was sung by P. Madhuri who is known by the stage name of Shivagnanam, a South Indian playback singer. She has performed Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu songs. She's received the Kerala State Film Award for best playback singer on two occasions.The length of the song is 4.11.
അലാവുദീനും അൽബുതവിളക്കും എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് ചന്ദനം കടന്നടുത്ത. ഐ.വി.ശശി സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത് അലാവുദ്ദീനും അൽഭുത വിളക്കും എന്ന 1979-ലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഫാന്റസി ചിത്രമാണ്. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ഈ പതിപ്പിന്റെ ശബ്ദട്രാക്ക് ഒരുക്കിയത്. യൂസഫലി കേച്ചേരിയാണ് ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. തെന്നിന്ത്യൻ പിന്നണി ഗായിക ശിവജ്ഞാനത്തിന്റെ സ്റ്റേജ് നാമത്തിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന പി.മാധുരിയാണ് ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്. മലയാളം, തമിഴ്, തെലുങ്ക് ഗാനങ്ങൾ അവർ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. രണ്ട് തവണ മികച്ച പിന്നണി ഗായികയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ചലച്ചിത്ര അവാർഡ് അവർക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗാനത്തിന്റെ ദൈർഘ്യം 4.11 ആണ്.
