It has become necessary to understand about cashless economy and its feature as nowadays since many countries are digitalizing due to increased black money. The cashless economy system describes economic system based on transactions made through credit card, debit card, digital wallets and modes. Limited amounts of cash transactions take place in cashless economies. In this type of economy, the electronic representation of money is encouraged over transactions by coins or physical notes. Belgium, France, Canada, are some of the countries which follow the aspect of cashless economy more than other countries. UK, Sweden, Australia, Netherlands, US, also have high rate of the digital transaction taking place but most people prefer cash for their day-to-day purpose. Our country India ,as a developing country has adopted the measure of the cashless economy but due to its diversity, it is logging.
