Presentations | English

Does the Attitude of a person decide his\her worth? Attitudes are evaluations people make about objects, ideas, events, or other people. Attitudes can include up to three components: cognitive, emotional, and behavioural. In psychology, an attitude refers to a set of emotions, beliefs, and behaviours toward a particular object, person, thing, or event. Attitudes are often the result of experience or upbringing, and they can have a powerful influence over behaviour. While attitudes are enduring, they can also change. It decides how to act or behave in a particular situation. Attitude is a kind of habit. It is the usual way of doing things. Attitude determines how we react to adversity, our ability to grow and to learn, our ability to overcome challenges and create bonds with others. A Head officer with a good attitude breeds motivation within his/her department and/or organization. Motivation brings increased production, work satisfaction, work and personal appreciation, personal commitment, and personal respect. A winning attitude is an important part of people's everyday lives.
