"The sixty fourth chapter or Surah is named At-Taghabun or ""Mutual Disposession/Mutual Loss and Gain"". The title was derived from the 9th verse where there is a mention of 'mutual exchange'. The Surah comprises a total of 18 verses (ayah) which are again divided into 2 Rukus or Sections. The revelation of Surah At-Taghabun was made in Madina although there were discussions regarding the actuality of the same, considering that some still say the Surah was a late Meccan Surah while some say it was an early Madinian Surah all the while, another group claims that a part of it was revealed in Mecca while the rest of it was revealed in Madina. It begins with the glorification of Allah and thus is considered one of the 6 Surahs. The main subjects At-Taghabun focuses on are the significance of good morals and complete faith and submission to God."
