"As-Sajda or ""Prostration"" or ""Adoration"" is the thirty-second chapter or Surah in the Holy Book of Quran. The title is taken from the 15th verse of the very Surah. It comprises of a total of 30 verses (ayah) which are divided into 3 Rukus or Sections. This Surah is believed to have been revealed during the early days of Prophethood in Mecca. Therefore, the major point of interest or theme in the Surah is on monotheism or The Oneness of God. The Surah discusses three main objections that were raised by the disbelievers. The primary part of the Surah speaks about subjects regarding Islamic theological ideologies such as the revelation itself, God, Judgement Day, God's creation of the human beings and the resurrection to state a few. Later on, it also brings to light the distinction between the believers and the disbelievers or the ones who are ready to devote themselves to God and the other half who aren't, where the children of Israel is given as a set of example for the former."
