It's difficult to look at someone without first noticing their eyes. While many important facial features can contribute to someone's attractiveness, eyes are particularly deep when it comes to determining true beauty. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what makes eyes appealing. During a conversation, we fix our gaze on the other person's eyes. We communicate our feelings and our interest with our eyes. However, compared to the plethora of research into the attractiveness of the face, voice, and even body odour, there has been surprisingly little research into how eyes are implicated in attraction.
