Was the burst of anger disturbing? Anger management is the psycho-therapeutic process of anger management that is designed to control an individual’s anger impulses. When the process is applied to their day-to-day life practices, their anger impulses are subsequently reduced and eventually gone. Anger can stem out of different happenings and can occur due to various different reasons and controlling them might be hard but never impossible.
