Presentations | English

The human organs dipped in formalin are the most common specimens in biology class. This is a part of the anatomy. Anatomy is the study of the structure of the human body. It acts as a route map that dissects each organ. It usually has two divisions. They are Microscopic and Macroscopic. Anatomy has been used since prehistoric times. It has now advanced from mere dissection of dead bodies to the most modern technologies like MRI, ultrasound etc. Well, the latest addition to this is a simulated dissection which does not require opening up of human bodies but still does the anatomical study. Anatomy is very much essential to divulge the true causes behind deaths and diseases that affect various body organs.
