"The seventy ninth chapter or Surah in the Holy Book of Quran is titled An-Naziat or ""The Snatchers"". The title was derived from the very first verse in the Surah and it consists of a total of 46 verses (ayah), which are divided into 2 Rukus or Sections. The 79th Surah is also considered to have made its revelation during the Meccan period, towards the earlier days of Muhammad's proclamation of his prophethood. The surah discusses the assurance of resurrection and the afterlife. The word 'Naziat', which is also the title, is used to refer to Angels, and specifically the Angels who are to extract the souls of the dead. It emphasises on how these Angles and thus God has the power to take back one's souls as well as bring back (resurrect) one from the dead and hence give them life. Stories of Moses are also included."
