How many of you are genuinely curious about how our body works around the clock, digests the food we give, remains healthy and happy? Do you know what makes your body sad? You are welcome to find that out here! The molecules that merge to form proteins in the body are what are called amino acids. When a living being takes in food, it is broken up into proteins within the body and the residue is amino acids. The human body makes use of the amino acid present to employ proteins to help the body in performing a number of bodily functions such as breaking down food, repairing tissues and muscles and all in all helping it grow. Amino acids, along with molecules are considered to be the ‘building blocks of life'. Amino acids are categorised into three classes, each with a specific feature, distinct function and different ranges of essentiality.
