"The seventy fifth chapter or Surah in the Holy Book of Quran is titled Al-Qiyama or ""The Resurrection"". The very first does have a mention of Al-Qiyama although the title name stems from the fact that the entire Surah is based on the very subject of resurrection. It comprises a total of 40 verses (ayah) which are again divided into 2 Rukus or Sections. Even the 75th Surah is believed to have been made its revealation during the Meccan period, towards the earlier days of Muhammad's proclamation of his prophethood, similar to several previous Surahs. This chapter in the Quran discusses about the resurrection, of both the physical and spiritual aspect, that will take place towards the end of world and hence time. It goes to explain deeper about the Last Day and more regarding the aspect of resurrection."
