"The seventy sixth chapter or Surah in the Holy Book of Quran is titled Al-Insan or ""The Human/Man"" and also Ad-Dahr or ""The Endless Time"". Both the title names were derived from the very first verse of the Surah. It comprises a total of 31 verses (ayah) which are divided into 2 Rukus or Sections. The 76th Surah as well is believed to have been made its revealation during the Meccan period, towards the earlier days of Muhammad's proclamation of his prophethood, much similar to several previous Surahs. However, there is uncertainty regarding it as there are still some who believe that Surah Al-Insan is a Madinian Surah. The Surah discusses the means and ways through which an individual can attain both spiritual and physical development, while also mentioning one's characteristics."
