"The 112th chapter or Surah in the Holy Book of Quran is titled Al-Ikhlas or ""Pure Religion"". The Surah hold a certain uniqueness as the title here was not derived from any verse but instead it focuses on the elementary theme of the Surah, where it speaks about the Oneness of God. It only consists of a total of 4 verses (ayah). The chapter is believed to have made its revelation in Mecca. Like mentioned before, the main focus is of that of the idea or concept of monotheism and the Oneness of God. The chapter acts as a declaration of the purity and the idea of an only God.
