This song Aakasham poothathu kanda is from an album Odapazham Poloru Penne by Kalabhavan Mani. Kalabhavan Mani was a singer and actor in Indian films. Kalabhavan Mani began his career with the Kalabhavan comic ensemble as a mimicry performer. He appeared in over 250 films, including Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu, and was known for his comedic and villainous performances. For his portrayal as Ramu in Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njaanum, Mani received the National Film Award - Special Jury Award as well as the Kerala State Film Award. These awards helped him to do the character roles and villain roles in several movies while also doing comedy roles in numerous films. Mani virtually completely turned his concentration to character and villain roles after the comedy films Kuberan and Bamboo Boys, both of which were released in 2002. Mani built a parallel industry of Nadan Pattu (folk songs) alongside his acting career, selling a record number of CDs. Kannimanga Prayathil was his debut album. Arumugan Venkidangu wrote and composed the majority of his songs. He also released Mappila Pattukal and numerous devotional tunes.
കലാഭവൻ മണിയുടെ ഓടപ്പഴം പോലൊരു പെണ്ണേ എന്ന ആൽബത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ് ആകാശം പൂത്തതു കണ്ട എന്ന ഈ ഗാനം. ഇന്ത്യൻ സിനിമകളിലെ ഗായകനും നടനുമായിരുന്നു കലാഭവൻ മണി. കലാഭവൻ കോമിക് സംഘത്തിൽ മിമിക്രി അവതാരകനായാണ് കലാഭവൻ മണി തന്റെ കരിയർ ആരംഭിച്ചത്. മലയാളം, തമിഴ്, കന്നഡ, തെലുങ്ക് എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെ 250-ലധികം ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അദ്ദേഹം അഭിനയിച്ചു, ഹാസ്യ-വില്ലൻ പ്രകടനങ്ങൾക്ക് അദ്ദേഹം പ്രശസ്തനായിരുന്നു. വാസന്തിയും ലക്ഷ്മിയും പിന്നെ ഞാനും എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ രാമു എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതിന് മണിയ്ക്ക് ദേശീയ ചലച്ചിത്ര അവാർഡ് - പ്രത്യേക ജൂറി അവാർഡും കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ചലച്ചിത്ര അവാർഡും ലഭിച്ചു. നിരവധി സിനിമകളിൽ കോമഡി വേഷങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴും നിരവധി സിനിമകളിൽ ക്യാരക്ടർ റോളുകളും വില്ലൻ വേഷങ്ങളും ചെയ്യാൻ ഈ അവാർഡുകൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ സഹായിച്ചു. 2002-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ കുബേരൻ, ബാംബൂ ബോയ്സ് എന്നീ ഹാസ്യ ചിത്രങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം മണി കഥാപാത്രത്തിലേക്കും വില്ലൻ വേഷങ്ങളിലേക്കും തന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചു. കണ്ണിമാങ്ങ പ്രയത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ ആൽബം. അറുമുഖൻ വെങ്കിടങ്ങാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഭൂരിഭാഗം ഗാനങ്ങളും രചിക്കുകയും ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തത്. മാപ്പിളപ്പാട്ടുകളും നിരവധി ഭക്തിഗാനങ്ങളും അദ്ദേഹം പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്തു.
