A drama is the virtual and visual art of transmitting a complete human trade to the audience through acting and dialogue. This drama which was titled “Aalkaradi” was presented by the very famous Sooryasoma drama group. The drama song that begins with “Aadikkattinte” was written by the most popular and evergreen Malayalam poet, O.N.V. Kurup. The composition of this drama song was prepared by the Indian film and theatre music composer M.K. Arjunnan.
അഭിനയത്തിലൂടെയും സംഭാഷണത്തിലൂടെയും സമ്പൂർണ മനുഷ്യവ്യാപാരം പ്രേക്ഷകരിലേക്ക് പകരുന്ന വെർച്വൽ ദൃശ്യകലയാണ് നാടകം."ആൾക്കരടി" എന്ന് പേരിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ നാടകം അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത് വളരെ പ്രശസ്തമായ സൂര്യസോമ നാടക സംഘമാണ്. “ആടിക്കാറ്റിന്റെ” എന്നു തുടങ്ങുന്ന നാടകഗാനം എഴുതിയത് മലയാളത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ജനപ്രിയനും നിത്യഹരിതനുമായ കവി ഒ.എൻ.വി. കുറുപ്പാണ്. ഈ നാടകഗാനത്തിന്റെ രചന തയ്യാറാക്കിയത് ഇന്ത്യൻ ചലച്ചിത്ര-നാടക സംഗീതസംവിധായകൻ എം.കെ. അർജുനനാണ്.
